Marker-Assisted Back Crossing (MABC) module is an open source platform developed by GOBii with the James Hutton Institute (JHI) for conducting marker-assisted backcross visualization and selection analysis. Recurrent Parent Percentages (RPP) and QTL linkage drag are calculated for each line and selections can be made within the tool and exported to take to the field.

F1 Pedigree Verification Module is an open source platform developed by by GOBii with the James Hutton Institute (JHI) for F1 conformity analysis based on known parents. This module is to determine whether a putative F1 sample is a true F1 cross by comparing F1 crosses to the known parents and either a supplied or simulated for F1.
